Well by this definition the CDC and WHO, who have both been wrong repeatedly in their public prescriptions, are clearly guilty of rampant misinformation. And fauci, and the white house, and both the trump and biden administrations during the pandemic. I trust wikipedia will inform readers of these organizations'
