levelling quests

Hey guys,
I noticed that there are a few turn in quests out there that people do in order to level quickly. My understanding is that many people use these to level up alts very quickly.
I am curious to know where are these quests and at what level should you be turning them in. Is there a list of these quests out there?

That's all I really utilize, though in the highpass area, many use the orc scalp one: https://wiki.project1999.com/Orc_Scalp_Collecting

On the Qeynos side, not too sure.
