There is nothing bright about an anti-vaxxer other than the crayon digital point they use trying to draw their meme in mspaint; which that leading fool did way too often.

As to you question.

specific protein that allows the virus to infect human cells are called the angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2 receptor).

Genetic Mutations in the ACE2 receptor make it harder for the virus to get in. Viral resistance due to these types of mutations has already been demonstrated against other viruses such as HIV. That receptor is CCR5 and there are some people who naturally have a mutation to this receptor drastically slowly the infection or preventing it all together.

The inflammation from Covid is the real killer and spreader. A slow infection with minor inflammation is a great spreading mechanism.
