Around the same time play nice policy was added the GM's were enforcing camp rules between OOR players. Basically if I showed up on my main and you were on some obscure alt camping golem wand I'd get suspended for taking it from you unless I cycled through all my characters to find one in the same level range as you.

I didnt even know that was a thing on Red. The only rule needed imo is dont train or else an outfit like Holocaust is going to take it to shitshow level. That camp rule should only be upheld if someone follows a lowbie around griefing him by nuking his mobs so he cant xp. If its just to kill a mob with an item that the high level wants, tough shit, level up.
