Well first off, if he so obviously declassified them, why did he first deny that he had any documents at all? And then when they were found why did he claim initially that they were planted by the FBI? Would’ve been so easy at both those times to try to lie about declassifying them. But he didn’t. Wonder why….
Second, if he declassified them he would have evidence of doing so. And it would’ve been presented by his lawyers during the court hearings. The fact that they won’t actually present evidence or even really make the real declassification argument is…wait for it…because they know it’s a lie and they could lose their law license if they do. It’s the same thing that happened with a lot of those election fraud cases he filed…his attorneys ultimately wouldn’t actually say there was fraud because they legally cannot lie in court or they lose their license.
As a lawyer I will tell you, you know someone is BSing when you see the lawyers unwilling to really make the argument in court.
