You can look back at the post history and see that everybody (including yourself) is ignoring him. This is a very poor attempt to try and paint him as not a troll. If it was just me trying to avoid his points, wouldn't you see a bunch of other people engaging with him? I tried to engage with him when he started posting, but he has shown himself to be a troll fairly early on.
