Cute story on live I randomly logged in one day on my gnome wizard by the central derv camp. Running around behind there. Low and behold Dunedigger. I killed him. He dropped the shield and later that day I gave it to a warrior I grouped with. I wasn't even looking for him. This is all happenstance.
True story. This happened some time in kunark. On live. Back in the real day of real EQ on a real server. I can still see him now as I rushed to nuke him. Something like that sticks with you a lifetime.
