Missing Characters

Returning player, the 2 low level characters I rolled on green are around, but I'm missing all of my characters on Blue. I don't remember exactly what levels but a couple were 51 druid, monk in 40's I believe, and another at least around 30 I believe. Is there someone I need to email to ask about finding out what happened? I rolled a new bard, but it'd be nice to at least recover my higher characters.
