Client video freezes but game is still running

I know this is an old thread, but this just happened to me 3 times in 20 minutes in Firiona Vie. I seems to happen when I turn quickly.

The game is still running, I can hear all the sounds and I have to type, /sit and /camp then press ESC to get to log in.

Sometimes I just /exit.

Using an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070

Has there been any progress on this issue?
