Default Tanks: RMoY vs Sarnak Warhammer

Ringed Mace of the Ykesha 10/22 procs Ykesha
vs
Sarnak Warhammer 9/20 4 sec. stun

130k give or take vs 6k.
I'd be interested to hear what some of you other tanks have experienced with the RMoY. After looking at it as a possible upgrade it would seem to be somewhat overpriced for what it brings to the table. Especially when considering other options for aggro such as the sarnak warhammer, silken whip, yak club, etc. From personal experience, the sarnak warhammer rocks for aggro and is decent dps. Snap aggro from the proc will out aggro slows, even level monks with T Staff and FBSS, etc. I love it! It seems to proc alot with about 145 ish DEX. So why "upgrade"? The main aggro component of the RMoY ykesha proc is a 1 second stun. Sarnak has a 4 second stun. The ykesha also brings a 75 point dd, but that is not a huge bit of aggro. Can anyone make a case for the RMoY? Does it proc more or what? According to the raw item info from Lucy, it is not one of the proc rate increased weapons (such as bloodfrenzy, et al).
Incidentally, the procrate for a weapon can be found for the live servers on Lucy's "raw" data section for an item. Look at the entry for procrate, and you can see that for the bloodfrenzy it is 55. Which according to the Steel Warrior means that it procs 55% more than the default rate of 2ppm, so about 3ppm.

I see no such mod for RMoY.
Would love to hear you guys' opinions. Keep on tankin'!
