Slayer Captain bugged

Slayer Captain is used for the quest The Emissary in Oggok. It involves killing a Slayer Captain in Innothule Swamp and turning in Frog Eye Necklaces to a Froglok in Oggok.

On p99 Blue, Slayer Captain spawns at -1208, -382, -18 every 6 minutes, 40 seconds. Notably, Lynuga runs by and stops right next to this spot on her path.

A quick peek at Allakhazam, such as this post from 2008, show this is clearly not accurate. I do not believe he should share spawn with troll slayers or the ~10 or so Noble humanoids either, as the Alla post agrees. Possibly Grikk and others are the PH.

Anyways, it's way too easy right now. You can collect 20 necks in an hour then get bags on all your toons.
