but for real, ive traveled the world and I acted like I owned every place I went to. And all the while people treated me like I did.

Photos with people on the street. Snickering cuties looking at you on the train.

Once a guy tried to rob me and I laughed at him and just walked away.

It felt invincible to be American.

I dont travel a lot now, so I cant for certain say, but I doubt people are as welcomed as I was for simply being an American anymore.
