Well we only go up to Velious here on P99, so its pretty much old-school recipes.
Pretty sure Woven Mandrake is part of the Luclin Earing of Solstice quest, and i dont recall any colored silk swatches at Velious.

I知 pretty sure colored silk swatches existed. But it痴 been years. It is in all old classic tailoring guides too.
