My favorite all time has been Pavel T, who trained Olympic-level elite athletes, and his take on how endurance is built, medically in the body and also developed in training. I personally used it to visualize and dictate building endurance for myself and I found it very realistic and sound advice
Does anyone else have an interview part they liked they want to share? (Ideally clips and not full interviews if you want me to check it out)
