Does anybody actually know how long 30 seconds is though? or 10 minutes?

Is there anyway we could define this even more? Like is 35 seconds not 30 seconds? I feel like a certain group of players would find a way to gain a competitive advantage

Also to be clear, does this mean no flower buffs? (for example, White Flower of Functionality)
