When I joined IB way back in the day, I had heard that they were huge exploiters, dupers, third party app userers, two-boxers and all around huge assholes and crumby guys.
I was like, "It's probably not true, it's just everyone fearing the top guild and trying to justify why they can't be beat", but I kinda really secretly hoped it was true.

When I got in, I was all, "Hay guise aren't we going to train those other guilds? Hayyyy" and they were like, "SORRY GLITCH LET'S KILL THESE MOBS BY THE BOOKS, WANNA TAKE A TRACKING SHIFT?"

and I was all, "omg these goody-two shoes guys are so boring. I have to make it fun with lots of puns and gravity-flux"
