This. Fortunately for Kyle he's not on trial for being a dipsbit. He's on trial for first degree murder for which he will walk. The prosecution helped with that, lol. Theres really no good verdict here for the state, sadly. Their options are stick to the law and produce the proper verdict of not guilty because this is blatantly clear self defense, or deem him guilty to satiate the frenzy of fanatic lefties out for blood frothing at the mouth to burn down your city if you don't throw this kid in prison. if he's not a bad person now, prison will surely turn him into a violent criminal in no time, good thinking liberals. As for the lesser trumped up charges, remains to be seen but could even walk away from those too.
