Any Necromancer casters. Before you blink you have a full set of dots on you along with potential fears. And yes, your Cleric/Druid/Shaman/Paladin/Bandaging Monk better keep healing you.
Oh and you also have to deal with the pet. The NPC outside of Fear. Tried to drop a fear bomb on her immediately, resisted, resisted fear a second time. She died, but after the fight I died to lingering dots (boil blood lasted like 2 fkn minutes). | ||
