Ohhh like the vaccine caused the heart attack.

Yeah he looks unwell I mistakenly assumed that the commenter wasn't stupid enough not to make the connection between a heart attack and the vaccine and assumed that there was some more obvious reason for his heart attack like he was born with a shit heart or something.
