See these wacky cartoon charicatures aren't funny because trump pokes fun at himself all the time. The court jester making fun of the king isn't funny when the king already makes fun of himself. The humor comes from the king being all stuffy and devoid of a sense of humor, trump isn't. He'd probably look at that depiction of himself and laugh.
