Spells: Spells unable to land on blue mobs

If you're level 30, a level 29 mob is still likely to resist some spells, even though it's "blue." As a level 30, you should be able to reliably solo level 20-25 mobs or thereabouts. I think it's likely you're just getting unlucky, or perhaps you are used to easier mechanics such as EQ Live has. I have played multiple characters to 50+ and resist rates are suitably challenging for classic EQ.
