Fetal viability (ability to survive outside the womb) occurs 22-24 weeks. You have a much stronger argument when the fetus is able to survive on its own. Up until that point, it is reliant on its mother and the mother's best interests, whatever she deems them to be, come first as far as I'm concerned.

People who take the Texas case as a change in precedent are nitwits on both sides. The viability thing you mention is Casey and still the law, that hasn't changed.

Texas did a legal fuckywucky and abrogated the civil detente by giving government blessing to vigilante enforcement of wholly unconstitutional law and will have a big sad when Libs use it for gun control.
