The 4th amendment applies to the baby too dumb dumb, the baby is hardly secure in their person when you chop it into pieces, seems to me. Severely less secure than the mother, who is simply engaging in a totally natural process. If the pregnancy isn't endangering her life and she wasn't raped, you can't even begin to spin the 4th amendment to apply to that scenario.
