Honest question though, how much "learning" can one do as a caster facing some SK in hyper twink gear with 255 MR or something?

Ya, this is why I hyper-focused on WoW pvp and gave up on EQ pvp
To me, EQ pvp seemed horribly unbalanced. Maybe things changed over time, but in EQ when I was playing if you farmed enough resist gear you could become immune to certain classes
Also, some classes like bards were almost literally un-killable (could run away from everything) unless they went linkdead
I’m sure there was much more broken stuff too. One last thing I remember was zone out then alt-f4 to not zone to other side as a free escape from pvp
