For anything that was revamped/changed during classic the wiki will typically have both a note of how things previously were and how they were changed.

The PoS zone/quest pages will continue to have both pre and post upgrade information. Items that are changed/nerfed,for example, usually have a note about the change and when in the timeline it (will) occur(ed).
