Cultural VS Planar Gear

As a 242 blacksmither i'm hoping the answer is cultural, because I'm about to spend a tonne of time farming blue diamonds to make it happen.

Edit: Looking into it, the answer is kind of complicated. Seems like a hotch-potch of planar and cultural would offer the best all-round stats. Some planar gear seems to have pretty random stuff on it (int gear on a paladin? why?) whereas its cultural counterpart is more 'balanced' i.e for paladins it'll offer something like cha / wisdom / str / dex and just very lightly less AC.

Overall the cultural is more rounded and balanced, at least in the case of HIE Paladins which is what I am.
