The only thing I lied about was using hyperbole when I said "literally anything" when you asked what type of house costs 40k a month, I then linked hundreds of those houses in dump hole malibu (yes that is a dump) newport is nicer than malibu. People that live in costal cities, live next door to people who rent their homes for 60k a month. This affects every price, and the result is a $1-3 thousand dollar rental (that you linked) costs 6-10k.
