They could leave the UK if they wanted, and as to whether they should ... it's up to them. But they should do it based on a national vote, not because The Queen said they should stay, or because some bombers said they should leave.

The Catholics had more kids and because of that should be able to vote on behalf of the entire population to leave the UK?
