Liz Cheney is being replaced by someone way less conservative than she is, but someone who will continue to humor the gullible Trumptards' fantasies about voter fraud and stolen elections because that's what's fueling the donations.
Cheney was warned three months ago. She decided to continue to put country over party and is paying the price for being a patriot. Or, if you're cynical, she realized she's not crazy enough to win a primary anymore and is setting herself up for the next career.
In any event, this is about money.
