Can I engage people the way G13 engage people in-game and still respect the PnP in place?

Can I talk in-game the way some of the people refers to each others here and still respect the PnP in place?

There are some serious case of harassments.

I just don't want to get banned but I want to be on equal footing.
If harassing people and implying they are pedophile is accepted, this game just got a lot more fun but if it is not, uhm, can you do something?

Basically, I see little differences between 8chan and here and that's cool if that is what you wanted but I have a feeling there IS a line.

So where is the line?
