Ranger will have zero issue keeping agro from the Rogue with flame lick alone which is a low spell that only requires a fire beetle eye to be in inventory and does not get consumed. I believe this duo will perform well up until about about 50 where in the feasibility of Ranger face tanking takes a steep drop off and the duo will need to result to fear kiting animals which is a mega annoying way to exp chasing around snared/feared mobs. The other option is flame lick bow kite which will basically require a tolans bracer and will be the same as snare fear kiting to the rogue more-or-less.
