It's really acidic and probably harmful to gut flora. It takes a lot of energy to get rid of toxins. And to heal the damage lots of nutrients. Overall failing health causes more stress causing more fat deposition and the organism to seek out more calories in the search of nutrients, except the organism just drinks more Diet Coke bottled with what water? And where the f did the sodium come from. The organisms DNA oxidizes at an accelerated rate.

Organism is in pain, depressed, distressed. Organism is now treated to modern day pharmaceuticals for blood pressure, or doping them up for the extreme pain and inflimmation. Weight is still an unaddressed factor as well as electrolytes and microbiota. They'll probably try surgically altering the organisms stomach or suppressing the appetite with some more drugs.

It's GG as doctors don't have a fucking clue about ecology and economics, nutrition, spirituality or anything other than physiology, anatomy, and pharmacology. Pathology. Sort... of there's more specialization but fixing this organisms heart or blood pressure will not cure her. Doctor needs to get paid so follows, government, hospital, insurance treatment protocol and protects institutions and self from liability at the expense of organisms chances of individual recovery.

I don't want the lady to suffer, but I don't love Coca Cola and Coca Cola cannot love anyone.

She'd be better off drinking one regular cola per day with one nutrient packed meal per day for the next decade then, whatever is happening there.

But self control, discipline, moderation, and wisdom is obviously not a human organisms strong suit.

I feel for her. She is clearly suffering and Coca Cola isn't helping. Or whatever else is going on there. Probably the government. And Doctors.

Being/ helping someone be so clearly sick or causing such sickness is criminal. And outright barbarism. I definitely blame the big food brands and poison manufacturers.
