Chat Text Missing/ Not Showing

I've been having an issue with a fresh install of P99 with parts of tells, ooc's, and auctions just go missing.

As you can see the C is missing in WC in the OOC and the C is missing in WC in tells and the person has to actually spell it out to see the words.[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
