It's been a little better since I stopped overeating and fast food. But its not really improved much in two weeks. I know exactly what I need to do. What I need is to stay the course. I'm the healthiest most frugal person I know and I have read books and watched days of nutritional information. I have serious issues that need to be addressed outside of my diet which lead to self harm, then binge eating stuff like pizza until I just fall asleep. | |||
