Or drop em 1 at a time 20 days into the wilderness on foot with only 1 set of basic survival clothing.

Our society would drastically improve within a decade.

Also don't tell them how long or were they're getting dropped. Ruins both tests.

Disease, special needs, and weakness aren't exemptions. The only reason to keep old people around is for their wisdom.

Starting in 1960 wisdom doesn't exist, except for the most exceptional minorities. So all of those people exist only to feed the beast.
