I'm not sure if I've run into these people, but it seems like I have... level 35-40 Shadowknights who have no idea how to keep aggro, Monks who don't know how to Feign Death. The list goes on and on and on, it's really sad actually.

Theoretically, if you had enough money to powerlevel you to thirties, you would at least have some idea about simple game mechanics.

Although, I did run into a Monk who said his sister gave him 250,000, he was around level 20 with all the best possible gear, and had no idea what he was doing.
