seat belts keep you attached to a vehicle, they work
dunno what a fighting ensemble is maybe you wear it during anal sex
gas masks help gas from going in your lungs

So, you care about preventing infection... So when a doctor is operating on you with their sterile tools, they should just cough and sneeze into your open chest cavity or no and why shouldnt they...?

Do they wear ANYTHING on their face to prevent to transmission of infectious bacteria, disease, or virus??
