So just how rare do the ultra rare drops tend to be?

most rares tend to drop in the 20-25% range.. Whats the drop on the ultra rare stuff? 10? 5? 2? .2?

Kinda wondering what the chances are for a single fung staff to never even drop for the server/ Wouldn't that be something? A lot of servers back in the day only had 1-3.
