Oy vei, people still pushing the same rehashed terrible list ideas.
There's already a thread Why every list change idea is terrible (as simple as possible). I highly recommend you read before posting. They will never do "random" - it's against the philosophy of classic EQ - see above thread for more info. They cannot stop account sharing for neckbeards, only casuals (which ironically need account sharing more to be able to get /list items) - there are too many workarounds - see above thread for all the workarounds.
