Lets set up a weekly draft process.
5 Rounds, every guild gets one pick each round.
Trades for picks is NOT allowed.
Each guild picks their 5 targets for each round (a total of 5 mobs each week).
Non-picked mobs are FFA, open for any guild at any time.
There will be a 48 hour lock on each mob unless your mob is a linked mob (vulak), in this case, that 48 hour is paused and won't start until after all linked mobs are out of the way for a clear shot.
Normal FTE rules apply as always.
Currently in the rotation: Riot, Freedom, AG, Kittens, TSS and aegis making up a total of six guilds with a total of 30 picks over all.

This should solve a lot of problems and force guilds to focus on what their guild is able of doing and not spreading their forces too thin. Drafting orders will also rotate week to week. If you are first pick of each round on one week, you will be last pick of each round the following week. Pick your targets wisely! What mob(s) you pick(s) could also have tied mobs to them, like Jorl and Lady N, and Triplets could be considered one total pick to clear up any confusion. At the completion of each cycle, each guild will meet up to make their draft picks within 24 hours. The most recent draft will also apply if an earthquakes happen.

Everyone wins.

It's a mistake to even have these proposals. It's a total waste of time. No point in catering to people with all of the rube goldberg raiding schemes

Ban them all from ever raiding again. Just ban their accounts period. Block their IPs from connecting to the box
