If your guild is not able to win an FTE and kill it after you do, or is unwilling to put in the time socking, you're not the same as the other guilds who are. So giving them a slot on the rotation is not welfare, but giving you a slot is.
Consider it like unemployment. You have to have actually worked first in order to collect it.

The fact that you tryhards constantly prate on and on about the virtue of competition, and then go about setting up exclusionary agreements so that you don't have to actually compete, makes you hypocrites.
