Make a female halfling druid with a cutesy name and hint about how you're a RL female with high level characters and/or GM's.
Optionally, get a voice processing program to make you sound like a chick, and get on voice chat programs. Optionally, take a bunch of pictures of your little sister and/or niece, or just go find a bunch of pictures of one chick online and create a forum persona who seems to bumble when talking about technical stuff, and ask for help with your computer a lot.
