Personal favorite option of mine being GM deletion of loot in the offense.
Win 1 concede 2 is always an option Freedom (and predecessors) will take. Does nothing to change their behavior or make them work out the problem with others.
Suggesting deletion of loot becomes included as part of the accepted standard.
