Just need IVU: right side around and go through basement (undead only except that 1 drolvarg to watch out for), up through turnkey area, up spiral stairs to top and you're there.

This is what I would do. Drolvarg Sentries can spawn as pathers in the basement in the hallway where you come out of the water. Might need to kill 1-2 mobs but other than that IVU will get you to hands relatively safely. Will need to watch more potential drolvarg pathers at the top of the spiral stairs by Hands.
