I have uploaded all the UI files, and then replaced the ones like p99 says and I am getting the same thing.

Your first post from 2015 was about customizing your UI. If you are still using the same install from 2015 I suggest to do a clean install and then patch over that. Who knows what other UI files you messed with back then or if you're missing some file from a later patch?
