Return from Hiatus - Question

Hey everyone,

I haven't played since December... with Christmas > Covid > etc.

Just curious which (if any) items have been removed from game or were majorly nerfed thus far? Any list items? I haven't seen much in the patch notes about this, so maybe nothing is removed yet?

If anyone can bring me up to speed I'd really appreciate.
