Buff wipe at low life

I know this is an old bug. Its hard to say if its good or bad, since its saved my life as well. However, I just realised a major issue I kept trying to invis myself, zoned over to the other side of a zone, and then lost my invis due to the buff wipe bug, and got jumped by a mob there. I was very very lucky not to die.

What is it going to take to fix this?
