Yikes, no wonder they are screening him for dementia. Btw I administer the MOCA as part of my job; we only give it when there is a high index of suspicion for cognitive impairment.
Biden is not a good candidate and he would not make a good president if he manages to get elected.
But at this point 45 is just so bad that you could literally just elect an empty seat, leaving the presidency empty for 4 years, and it would be less damaging to the country than the narcissistic, childlike, senile pissant who currently occupies the office.
