Error 1017

Hey hey... I'm trying to log in after a year or two away and get thrown back to the login window followed by an Error 1017 when I try to log in to either green or blue.

I know the FAQ says to report it in a separate thread but the last response there seems to be from 2015 so I'm guessing that's not how things are done any more. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Any suggestions please?
