You have bad news sources. The FPS are well within their rights to do this, but their actions are not confined to federal property which turns their policing into, essentially, kidnapping.

The fact that most are let go without charges proves this.

Because of where I live, I have the same problem with Democrats that sane Republicans do in red states. You have to be a nutjob to win a primary it seems.
